Return and Refund Policy for Imperial Lubes and Supply


At Imperial Lubes and Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible. With the help of our integrated system powered by HubSpot, we ensure a smooth return process with clear communication at every step. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact).
    • Opened or used items may still be eligible for return if there are quality or performance issues, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Non-Eligible Items:

    • Customized or special-order products are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.
    • Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at returns@imperiallubes.com or 847-262-5959 so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request:

    • Visit our Return Center on the website or contact us via email at Returns@imperiallubes.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
    • Your return request will be processed and a ticket will be created in our system, powered by HubSpot, to track the return status.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. You will receive an automated email confirmation from our system to keep you updated.
    • You can check the status of your return at any time by contacting our support team, and they can provide real-time updates through HubSpot.
  3. Shipping:

    • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Communication:

    • Throughout the return process, our HubSpot system will send you timely updates via email, including when your return has been received, approved, or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will receive an email notification once the decision has been made:

  • Approved Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
    • The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item is not in its original condition or is returned after the 60-day return window.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we will process your exchange once the returned item has been received. If the replacement item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or store credit. You will be kept informed of the status of your exchange through our HubSpot system via automated emails.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@imperiallubes.com.
